WELCOME BUTTERS
Butters was turned into a NC shelter by his owner. She couldn’t afford to take care of him. He is 14 years old. 😢.
He has limited sight and hearing and we will see if we can help him. It’s okay Butters. You’re in a good place now. Welcome to rescue!
