Tiny Trixie is doing better after her three days in the vet w IVs and medication.
She saw the ophthalmologist yesterday.

Trixie has a small cyst or tumor on her left eye lid.
She is so tiny— still trying to gain weight. She’s under 8 pounds so she gets 3-4 meals a day. It was hard for her foster mom, Kim, to get her interested in eating but Trixie is doing better.
Trixie has an adorable dress on.
Trixie is now on Lacrimor for dry eyes. She will have eye surgery in two weeks to remove the cyst/tumor on her eye lid. We are also hoping she can have a dental soon. She needs that, too.
Trixie is a precious little girl. She’s had a rough life but she’s safe and loved now. We’re so glad you’re with us!

Trixie is just beautiful. She reminds me of Joyful Grace. Trixie is so tiny and to think of her in bad surroundings just breaks my heart. I console myself by realizing she is so safe now.
