Dash came into rescue earlier this year when his family moved out of country. He was a senior and the air travel would have been too extensive for him, so we helped.
He joined his new family, who had adopted ChaCha and Poncho from us-- a wonderful home!
Poncho welcomed Dash to his home. They are all so easy going that sharing one of the big beds is a daily happening.
They are ready for Christmas!
Their home is stunning--the mountains!
And decorations are bright and cheerful. I want to curl up in that chair and listen to the quiet.
The cross on the wall celebrates the season.
And the little village is adorable! I want to peer into each house.
Sometimes, I'm sure they curl up in an afghan and sit on the porch with a cup of coffee and absorb the beauty around them. (I see a baby gate there so the dogs can be out there, too, if they want to be.)
This is a door that welcomes and beckons you inside.
I'm so glad I have been able to know this family-- even if only through our friendship through adoption.
It's a happy Peke home! Merry Christmas!

What a wonderful but cold home this is .... its very romantic to me but ... I bet if I was there I would be so COLD that the romance would just melt away! LOL
Dear Dash , Poncho and Chacha have really adapted to their climate and ... gosh, its so pretty Linda!
I love seeing their wonderful home. I would love living where things are so quiet but like Lady Jicky, I would not like the cold. The older I get the more I enjoy sunshine and warm breezes.
