WHEN CHIP'S FOSTER MOMS SAW I HAD POSTED THE VIDEO, THEY DECIDED HE WASN'T GOING ANYWHERE-- HE IS HOME!!   YAHOO!    CHIP IS A WONDERFUL BOY AND I'M SO GLAD HE IS STAYING THERE!

 Chip's foster mom sent me a video of him.    She calls him her Chipper-dog.     He is incredibly sweet and loving.
