Tinsley's foster mom, Susan, dressed him up for Halloween-- he's a hot dog! And he's smiling-- what a good sport.
Then, he modeled a pumpking-- What do you think of that, sweet boy?
I'm not sure he knows. He's thinking about it!

Oh, Max, you are so cute-- I can't imagine mine keeping a hat on!
Max is the pumpkin,Duncan is a King (he was rescued from a shelter by Susan- he was in terrible shape and now his little 5 pound body can run like the wind!), and Tinsley is a clown. I can see Tinsley's teeth-- he's smiling at us!! What a great doggy crowd!
