Phoebe came into rescue almost 9 years ago. It's hard to believe! She was pretty young-- 1-2 years old.
She was part of a mill bust and she had to have an eye removed after we got her. She was timid and scared, but she settled in. She played with my dogs and then later went to Monica's for fostering.
She became friends with Hannah, a beautiful girl.
Phoebe decided she would not leave her foster home because she knew so much love there. She is a sweet girl-- and "sister" to Jasper, one of our forever fosters. Phoebe is a sweetheart-- and a beauty!! Don't you agree. :-)

I sure do agree Linda that Phoebe is a beauty and just look at that wonderful fluffy tail!!!
