Tinsley is a foster failure. He's been there a year and his foster mom said he is there to stay. He began to give her licks to wake her in the morning and I think that did it. He loves to play and here he is with his ball.
He's a beautiful dog and has a wonderful personality-- I don't know why he wasn't adopted.
But, Max, his best friend, is glad he is staying! They play all the time and their size doesn't make a difference. We are so happy for Tinsley!!

Way to go, Tinsley! Those licks and kisses won your foster mom's heart. You weren't adopted because you had already found your furever home with your foster mom! You just had to convince her.
