The foot dip/soak is: one gallon of water, one cup of hydrogen peroxide and
one cup of apple cider vinegar (I used white vinegar when I didn't have apple
cider vinegar and it seemed to work too). Soak dog's or cat's paws in the
solution for 30 seconds then squeeze excess off and pat dry. According to this site, where I got the recipe:

apple cider vinegar has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-viral properties.
They also say you can put some peppermint essential oil (available at health
food or natural grocers) in the mix so it smells nicer and makes the animal's
feet feel nice and cool - that's recipe #3 on the link above.
