PADDINGTON AND AMELIA AND THE FLOWERS

I HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!
Paddington and Amelia's mom planted flowers the other day-- and they helped. She bought the flowers from our link on Flower Power.

Amelia was a wonderful supervisor-- is that some grass in your mouth, little girl? I know you were making sure it was fresh.

She was a constant help, testing the flowers beds to be sure they were muddy enough.

Paddington shirked all his gardening duties for a snooze in his bed on the stoop. But, Amelia stuck with the job until it was done! Amelia has a lot of nicknames: Mimi/Meemer/Monkey Pants. Mine have nicknames, too.

It was a tiring job, Paddington. You helped some, and then it was time for a break-- we all understand that. :-)

The FlowerPower plants are starting to come up already! I got some bleeding heart plants that are growing inches everyday and some cone flowers that are making an appearance too. Amelia checks them out every day on her garden rounds. Paddy still isn't the slightest bit interested... :^)

Love your postings, Linda. Our Trio has MANY nicknames, too: Tri-Tri, Tricky Tri, and Stinking Butt (for when she has bad gas)! My husband made up all of these endearing names. We love her SO much! Thank you for rescuing our sweet Tri-Tri.
