Paddington Bear

When Paddington Bear came into rescue, he was so sad looking! I got him three years ago next month. He had a rough life and was just so grateful to be loved and cared for. I'm always amazing at how they begin to change as they become healthier and feel secure.

He was a snuggler-- loved being held.
And here he is now!! He lives in Richmond-- and is the love of his parents' lives. Who would know this was even the same dog. Paddy Bear, as he is also know, had spent most of the night with his head under his mom's chin because of thunderstorms! But, he's just relaxing in this picture!! These updates make me smile-- and this is why I rescue. One dog at a time. Thanks for sending the picture!!

What a perfect name for such a little teddy bear looking Peke :)

He looks so much happier now, that's what being loved does to all living things.
