Chessie is in the shelter in Chesapeake animal control, Virginia, near Va. Beach.
I named this little girl Chessie-- she was turned into the shelter near me "by a concerned citizen." It could have been her owner or just someone who found her. (This is a new shelter and very nice-- but it's still not home.)
This little girl had some kind of back injury, but she does just fine getting around and she's not in pain. "I think there's a treat in there!"
She has been seen by a vet and there is nothing broken, patella is fine, xrays look good. She loves to go for walks, she is loving and just wants attention. She may walk a little funny, but that's all.
Chessie just wants a home and wants to get out of the shelter. If you are interested, please let me know. I have all the contact information.
