FAREWELL WILLIE

Willie belonged to a friend I came to know through rescue.   We stayed in touch after she had adopted Willie from a shelter in 2013.   He had been picked up as a stray dog, and he was such a happy dog.   He and his mom, Susanna, immediately bonded, and he was the love of her life.   Willie was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, and after a while, it was time to let him go.   It is the last kind thing we can do for them when they can no longer live a full life.  He was such a huge part of Susanna's life and she never took a step without him for almost seven years.   She loved him so much and is lost without him.  I'm so very sorry for the loss of her  boy precious  Run free, sweet little man.  💙
