A lot of people use collars and leashes when they walk their dogs. This isn't a safe practice for many reasons. JoJo and Annabelle have harnesses. 
Gracie Lu always wears a harness when she goes out. Using this can save neck and spine injuries if she pulls or decides to chase a squirrel.
A sudden pull on the leash by human or dog can lead to an injury.

Love the Harness that Harry came home with. I have been amazed by how much better the control actually is using it than the collar. Deb (I guess I really should set up my own gmail account.)
